Description:
The proposed project is the rehabilitation of the mail boat dock at Bullock's Harbour, Berry Islands. The present usage of the dock is for the main mailboat service and local fisherman/leisure purposes. The dock is in poor condition with severe deterioration to the concrete dock parapet walls and concrete bulkhead. Furthermore, the current site is restricted in size and unsuitable to accommodate ro/ro vessels. The facility is not adequate in size and configuration for use by the various stakeholders.
