Expression of Interest are invited for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Initial Operation and Maintenance of the Rooftop Solar PV System at C. I. Gibson High School Bids must be Delivered to the below Address at or before 5:00 Pm on January 4, 2023. Electronic Bidding shall Not be Permitted. Late Bids will be Rejected and Returned to Sender. Bids will be Opened Physically in the Presence of the Bidders- Representatives Who Choose to Attend in Person at the Address below at 10:00 am on January 5, 2023. Chairman of the Public Procurement Board Re: Reconstruction with Resilience in the Energy Sector in the Bahamas Ministry of Finance, Sir Cecil Wallace-Whitfield Building West Bay Street, Nassau, Bahamas All Bids shall be Submitted in Accordance to the Instructions Provided, (One (1) Original Printed, plus Three (3) Printed Copies, and One (1) Flash Drive with Electronic Copy of the Submitted Documents).Also, Flash Drive shall be Marked with the Procurement Name (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Initial Operations and Maintenance of the Rooftop Solar Pv System at C. I. Gibson High School) and the Name of the Bidder, And Accompanied by a Bid Security in the following Amounts in Bahamian Dollars (Bsd). Bid Security: $7,500/-. A site visit will be held at 10:00am on December 14 th 2022 at the C.I. Gibson High School. Please confirm receipt of this letter immediately in writing by email. If you do not intend to bid, we would appreciate being so notified also in writing at your earliest opportunity.
