- The objective of this RFP is to engage a local consultancy firm that specializes in comprehensive Change Strategy Development and effective Stakeholder Engagement. The consultancy firm will play a pivotal role in aligning the Government of The Bahamas objectives with the Oracle Fusion ERP System implementation. This includes the implementation of a comprehensive training programme for 30,000 Public Officers throughout The Bahamas. Also, evaluating the Change Impact Assessment, Communication Planning, and Resistance Management strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
