Description:
At the BDOCS HM Prison, grease trap replacements for the main kitchen and medium security kitchen are required. For both kitchens, the grease traps are unable to properly separate the wastewater from the grease and result in a clogging of the drains. This work is required in tandum with the Water Sewerage Corporation's project to connect the drain lines to the sewer system.
